Hope he enjoys playing against Army, Navy, Air Force, and The Citadel every year.
On a serious note, who would want to play for Kelly on national t.v.?? All he does is scream his head off and make his players look foolish on the sidelines. Not the type of guy I'd want to play for.......week after week he's throwing guys under the bus.

What an absurd statement.
Tony Dungy, Lorenzo Romar. Two of the most respected coaches in their sport, NEVER yell or cuss. Larry Johnson, one of the most respected DL coaches in America. Doesn't yell/cuss at his kids. I've NEVER seen Nick Saban or Les Miles loose their cool on the side line. I have no doubt they give it to their kids, but they know better than to do it in on National TV. If you follow soccer, pay attention to Sir Alex Ferguson. He will NEVER attack one of his own players in public, and almost never says a bad word about them to the press. He keeps it all behind doors. He's considered the best man manager in the biggest sport of the world.
Coaching is about winning the respect of your players, not their fear. There are obviously many ways to win that respect. I don't think Chip Kelly's manner is a very good one, JMO though.

They're looking at getting blown out by USC and most likely OU as well, with losses almost guaranteed at MSU and UM and Stanford. Navy is no pushover, especially for a defense as bad as theirs. Miami will be improved from last year, so that games a toss up.
I see a maximum of 8 losses, with a minimum of 5. Either way, Kelly won't be around too much longer unless they stop scheduling all these competitive teams.

Illinois won't be bad. They always have good athletes, and Iowa will be good defensively. I'm not saying they're toss up games, but they're not cream puffs either. They'll be solid football teams.
To be honest, our schedule is weak because we have no elite teams on our schedule, but we don't have any weak teams on it either. Not even the usual MAC teams, because Temple, Ohio, and Navy are all reasonable teams this year. It's possibly that @UVa will be our easiest game of the bunch, which is odd to think about.

. Really don't see Stanford going away like most seem to think. Will put more thought into this. Let's leave the playground crap to the HS's.
