  • Ed Kiley started fielding calls from other programs after the Sandusky scandal broke, but Jake wasn't interested.

    "I didn't want to talk to them," he said. "I thought I owed it to the new staff to talk to them before I made a decision."

    ^^THAT'S maturity. Only one thing is guaranteed for the 2012 recruiting class, and that is that they are mature way beyond their years, and have the mental toughness to handle any sort of adversity that they may face on the football field.

  • Really hoping he can come in and provide some depth at corner as a freshmen. We all know a couple freshmen are going to have to play but it's just a matter of which ones and where.

    I like this class and this kid in one of the special ones, a sleeper like Zematis and Amos. Looking forward to his development.

    Yeah, come 2015 these seniors will a tremendous impact on the underclassmen. I predict a strong season...TBD!
