In other news I'm considering dating Kate Upton.

If he wants carries, he will have to leave. Especially with the emergence of Zwinak, he lost his niche as a bruiser, and his ball security issues certainly won't help.

With Day and Zordich gone, and another year with the Playbook, he should stay. He's more likely to get a chance next year.

I'm sure BOB and company will tell him straight up that if he aspires to be in the NFL, he needs to work on X, Y, and Z and he probably only has part of X down pat. I think this staff knows what they are talking about when kids come to them with inquiries about going pro. Curtis would be smart to listen to them but I agree with an above poster, he may be better suited to go to FCS or Division II to get the exposure and playing time that he wants.

I keep hearing everyone say he doesn't know the playbook. Has any of the coaches said this specifically?

Why else would he not be in the mix for carries during this time when we are going with a RB by committee approach? Is he in the doghouse for grades or something then? Either way, I think it points to him not knowing the playbook AND especially not having his pass protection responsibilities down pat.

The best thing he can do to support that child is to earn a Penn State degree and use it in the professional world. The NFL is not his future career path.

He may be thinking that way but that doesn't make him any less delusional. What chance does a kid who couldn't get on the field have at even being invited to camp somewhere? If he wants to be a provider get your education, graduate and get a job.
