Penn State hosted Purdue commitment Parker Cothren over the weekend on an official visit, and it didn't take long for Cothren to come to a decision after the trip.

I liked the film. Does anyone else think this kids fills the tweener role Zettel occupied this year? I think Zettel gains enough this off season to make the slide inside full time. Maybe this becomes a targeted role by the staff going forward to help with the reduced scholies.

We seem to be recruiting versatility with players like Cothren, Hartman, and Sickles that can play any number of positions.

He is very explosive, and you can see it on film. But dunking flat footed is very hard to do. That's awesome. Looks like we got ourselves an under the radar gem on our hands guys. I think we are all going to fall in love with him.

4.0 GPA. I LOVE the type of kids BOB and staff are going after. Versatile.... smart, and seemingly hungry. I think this kid could be special. WE ARE ....
