PITT, USC at Giants Stadium series, Texas at Giants Stadium series, VT or Clemson, or UNC at Fed Ex, home and home with Miami, FSU, or Florida
Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Texas, Oklahoma State, Colorado, UCLA, Stanford
Now that we are going to be playing RU and MD on a regular basis....
Pitt, UVA, Syracuse, VT, UNC, NCST, Duke, ECU, SCar,
I want us to dominate the east coast/mid atlantic areas. Will help tremendous with recruiting, so I hope we get back into playing UVA and VT soon.
Personally I'd like to see some regular Pac-12 matchups. Besides that, maybe some closer schools like VT, Louisville, or WVU
Stanford, USCe, BYU, Clemson, VT or Miami
USF, UF. Play where you shop.
Pitt, Notre Dame, Va Tech, Cuse
Post Sanctions - USCe, The U, FSU, Georgia, Tenn, VT, WVU - good teams in areas PSU wants to recruit.
Just fun to see - Texas, Bama, USC, ND - teams with history and tradition.
Both USC's, Deep Southern ACC or SEC teams, Texas, UCLA

PSU v. WVU at Heinz Field.
Only we don't shop in that market w/any regularity. Playing in Md/DC, VA and the Carolinas every year would make a lot of sense from a recruiting perspective. From a pure fun perspective playing Miami or FSU would be great, but I could live w/o going to UCF, USF etc.
Think the idea is PSU wants to shop in that market a little more. Offers seem to support that. Playing down there can only help.
Bama - they are hands down the best fans I have met anywhere. Wish we played them every year.
Virginia (I want to beat the p1$$ outta them in happy valley then call it a day)
Virginia Tech (Home/Home... lane stadium is a blast?)
Pitt (Home/Home... I think us consistently beating, or "playing", Pitt every year would rip the walls off western PA in regards to recruiting, as well as it would be good thing for football in PA as a whole)
Bama (Home/Home. I consider them our traditional southern "brother" school, and our fan bases get along.. plus if you wanna be the best, play the best. Obie's O against Sabens D could be create some fun games)
Miami (Neut. Site,Coach is a PSU guy, and I'd love to ramp up this rivalry again)
Clemson (The Penn State of the south)
Texas A&M (neutral site, could be fun)
Stanford (would absolutely love to take on Stanford regularly, no matter when or where)
UNC (home/home. a little southern exposure never hurts)
Texas (no offense to UT fans, but I wouldn't mind seeing PSU take advantage of the the falling giant to gain some national exposure)

College Station is butt ugly, and there is absolutely nothing to do there outside of football. One of the ugliest campuses I've ever seen, and definitely the ugliest outside of JUCOs.
There's a good course in Bryan right next door though, called Miramont.
Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS
I'd like to set up a long-term series with them again, or play the steers.
I would love for PSU to schedule a series with Washington!
Miami- Would love to see Al Golden coach against the Nittany Lions, and get us some southern exposure. Wouldn't mind taking a trip down to Miami either in late fall.
Florida, Oregon, LSU.
IMO, none of these Texas campuses can compete with a campus in the north. Just not enough trees or green grass to compete on a beauty scale.
Now location of school, sure. Can't really beat Austin as a city for college kids.
Only "college city" that could beat Austin is Boston.. but outside of the college-ie atmosphere they are very different cities.
How so? I don't know much about the school.
