That our first year head football coach has better leadership qualities and is the only one to own a set in the PSU administration. Happy trails Dave Joyner and we can only hope Rod Erickson is the next one out the door. Thank goodness PSU has a couple donors that know what the consequences of BOB leaving would be. Changes at the top can't come fast enough. Out with the old, in with the new. Get an AD in place that actually has experience at the job and get a president in place that doesn't crumble like a broken lawn chair when someone looks at him the wrong way.
hopefully they'll be gone soon enough.
Isn't Erickson out by next year?

Not 'unbelievable', it is UNBILLIEVABLE
Touche my friend.
12, I wholeheartedly agree!
Apparently Erickson will be out as soon as this January 18th but I'll believe that when I see it. For those of you who want the source, that Mark Horgas guy on twitter has been hinting at that happening since December. I have a hard time believing it though since he just got a nice pay increase.
As for Joyner, thank the good Lord!

Right on! If we had competent leadership since last November we wouldn't be in the mess we're in now.
The BOT is still part of the problem. I hope Lubrano can keep drawing attention to the changes needed on that front. Those people seem to be literally untouchable and they know it. PSU can't completely move forward until all the "good ole boys" that are responsible for the mess are gone. Getting rid of Joyner & Erickson is a good start.
Absolutely. Really hope that PSU starts hiring competent people to run the AD and the university.
bring on the downvotes, but i wouldn't go praising bill for his media report, the man played the system (which is fine with me) I said from the beginning he wasn't going anywhere, but to start interviews meant more money, and he kept recruits and players who stuck around with this team in the dark during this whole process. Then to go out and say he made a commitment to the school, players and recruits is nonsense, 1.3 mil a year extra is what it took for him to stay. i have no problems with the rest of it, but can we please not shine loyalty qualities on BOB, IMO he like silas would have left as a business decision
I wouldn't be shocked if the rumors sparked up again next year and we go through the same song and dance
