Tyler Boyd: No leader has emerged. Jan. 5 decision date in serious question http://es.pn/UqfIzS #Pitt #PennState #MichiganState #WVU #Vols
Interesting if true. He's been to Pitt like....3 times in the past month. If he's that familiar with the players/staff/campus and still isn't convinced, you have to think he's really looking for a reason not to go there. I trust in BOB's salesmanship. Get him on campus. Preferably at the same time as Hack...
I'm sick of hearing about his "potential" visits also. That being said, let me throw out a theory: Boyd has no intention of going to Pitt but because he lives in that area he's leery of visiting/announcing for anywhere else. He's putting off the inevitable - committing to somewhere other than the local school. Reminds me a bit of Pryor pretending he was really interested in PSU. Also reminds me a bit of David Williams' recruitment this year - lots of visits but never committed on/after any of them and eventually PSU faded from the list of favorites. Of course every situation is different but those came to mind. This is just an unfounded theory I'm throwing out there. And I'm mad at myself for spending two minutes more on this subject.
It also seems like every time he goes to Pitt he takes a couple of his teammates with him. Maybe he's just trying to get some of his fellow teammates exposure to try and get them scholarships.
