WTF does the NCAA do with that amount of annual revenue? Seriously. I had no idea that was the number they brought in annually.

They do have a lot of expenses related to championships and disbursement to members (~$778M in 2011), but their net assets are quite impressive.
Sounds like a culture problem to me......
