Saw that this kinda got buried in the "Players Who Say They're Staying" thread, but according to Philly.com, the entire Supa Six has confirmed they will NOT be transferring.
"There's no question that we're committed," Barnes said. "We all talked about it already. You know, we basically said we're comfortable with it as long as we're still making plays and being nationally known, so there's no reason for us to leave."
"We are definitely committed to this program and we believe in coach O'Brien and the coaching staff," Belton said.
Barnes and Smith with another year of Fitz weight-training in them....ARob with Hixon again AND Lewis taking pressure off of him across the field.... Carter lining up all over the place....these guys are gonna be the core of our team moving through the sanction years. They can be nightmares for opposing coaches, good to know they're all staying in the valley. :)

Wow really nice to see Belton say that. While he prob wouldn't have been one of the most targeted guys, he was the one who would have surprised me the least if he left. Thanks for sharing.
while i think they will stay, some of those quotes weren't recent..such as belton's was after the Iowa game.
That Belton quote was after the Iowa game I believe.
"DOMINATE the state" - James Franklin 1/11/14
Belton did tweet on Saturday night, or Sunday something that alluded to him staying... and that people dont always know the whole story, or something to that effect... I will search of the tweet and try and post it.
This was from the 24th:
You know whats funny. People on the outside don't know what's going on but always got something to say
This was from the 25th
We just young kings tryna be legendary @TheeSupa6
Would love to have Belton stay and continue to work. I still believe that he can be an effective weapon for PSU.
Not saying your wrong, but I think the quote was recent. I think they were alluding to his 3-TD game against Iowa to show that he can still break out like he hopes.
Love it. Belton has a bright future here. Just needs to keep working. The rest are already studs and the pillars of our program the next couple years.
“We’re doing things we couldn’t imagine,” says safety Stephen Obeng-Agyapong. “But we’re doing them together.”
Belton is a young player and will be a good back for us. His ankle bothered him more than most realize.
He may end up being good but it will not be as a back. Look for him to go back to slot
I'm OK with that. It's probably best with ZZ around for 2 years and Lynch with 4 years of eligibility remaining.
Who needs skill positions in obriens offense when you can line up three tight ends in one formation where one is on the line, one is in the backfield, and one is split wide. Belton can be deadly in a two back set, single back, slot, or motioning out wide. If he learns how to pick up a blitz, he can be very valuable as a third down back.. It's all up to him if he wants to work and that won't change at another school or the next level...
I honestly think that possibly the Supa Six staying is the reason why BOB is staying. If they all left, who do we have? We have Hack and AB coming in, but thats it. The Supa Six as seniors could be as legendary as the previous class in my opinion.

I have one upvote left, and I am not afraid to use it!!!
Belton can be a good back. He is just learning the position.
Still would be nice to hear Robinson personally make that statement.
Obie is staying because he made a commitment to be at Penn State for a number of years, moved his whole family in, loves PSU, has become part of the PSU family, worked his tail off to build relationships with PA coaches and with recruits, made commitments to incoming recruits, said from the beginning he was staying, and is a man of integrity. Has nothing to do with something so tenuous as the decisions of 6 players. I don't mean this harshly, but some of the stuff I see in here about this subject is just unbelievable People act as though the Todd Graham/Nick Saban thing is the norm - IT'S NOT. Most coaches don't jump like that. Look at Chris Peterson, and Gary Patterson, etc.
You guys ignore every bit of evidence - and there's a ton - that O'Brien is committed for the next few years and has no intention of jumping ship, meanwhile clinging to every bit of speculation/conjecture that he will leave.
Well said. Glass-half-full vs. glass-half-empty situation. I see the glass half-full. O'Brien is staying.
