OH MY GOD THAT BLOCK
Throwing a flag on that is a crime against football.
How can you throw a flag on that
"People ask me why I stayed here so long, Look around, Look around, I stay here because I love you all" R.I.P. Joe - 12/21/1926-01/22/2012
What a fvcking block.
I don't know why that's a penalty? I understand it's a tough block, and the player is hurt, but that's football. What a hit.
Holy f*ck ... was that a hit/block by Bell?
That, was a thing of beauty!

Total bull on the flag but that block MY GOD
I dont understand the penalty....are you no longer allowed to block downfield?
I dont like to see players seriously hurt ever, and hope the kid is alright of course, but that was just a great block playing the game of football.
Jacked up is right
Suck It Emmert!! and "Sorry for not being sorry for being a Penn Stater" - Philafan
I hope he is OK. One thing for pros to hit like that, but, oh hell, he just got Debo'd.
So what was the flag for? Didn't seem to him him helmet to helmet.
If this board is indicative, the newest big twitter trend has #whataf*ckingblock

Yea. Really sucks that player is hurt but there was nothing illegal about that block. Seems refs these days throw a flag whenever a player gets hurt (unless that player's name is Mauti and someone chop blocks him in the knee).
Yeah, what did they say? Recap anyone? Watching the joke of an ACC Championship game...
That was completely BS flag. Massive hit though and LEGAL!
I thought Bielema might back off a but, but after that hit he may just say F$@k it and keep the pedal to the floor. I'm ok with the hit except he launched himself a little. Could have had just as big of a play and find it right. Aldo didn't care got how Bell just walked away after laying the wood.
What a lame ass excuse given for the reason for the flag....
defenseless player thing.
That block was awesome and definitely should have been legal.
What is next- flag football or 2 hand touch? Great block IMO.
If we put everyone in bubbles no one can get hurt.
So now they flag people for "hitting too hard"? Dear god, welcome to pansy ball. This is the product the Big Ten puts on the field?
That was a clean block. If they're going to call that a penalty just puts flags on them and call it pansy ball.
Bell pulls back there both likely get some hurt out of the play. Cant ask a kid to lay off so the other guy doesnt get hurt.
On another note, did Neb just score a TD by getting the ball across the plain of the goal line? I was looking away a bit at the time..
That's the way the NFLPA wants it and the NFL has decided to call it, just trickling down to the college ranks now.
It didn't cross IMO and they didn't even look at it.
He rolled over a dude and crossed the line.
If I'm Bell I don't think I want to go back to return any punts the rest of the night.
