What is the situation like with Ryaheed Jordan? He's a five star on here so obviously there's some big programs after him. Any chance Chambers can get him?

Interesting first post. Your insight is appreciated.
Little rookie mistake. Touché
This is a thread about Jeter. I should have some more on Jordan tomorrow after speaking with him tonight.
Cowherd just bashed Bo Ryan. Someone should send Jeter a podcast. Called him petty and spiteful. Actually said any kid considering Wisconsin should think long and hard before signing. Apparently, some kid from Iowa wants to transfer and Ryan will not release him to go to Big 10 schools, ACC schools, Iowa State and Marquette.
Big 10 is understandable. Not sure what the issue is with Marquette but ACC schools and Iowa State are ridiculous.

“We need to keep this (expletive) together,” Mauti and Zordich to Hill
Cowherd is a big POS. What ryan has done with that program is a miracle. That said his style is agonizing to watch.
Well said. Cowherd is nothing but a waste.
Marquette and Wisconsin compete for the same kids in state. It would be just like PSU not allowing a kid to transfer to Pitt, which I'm sure few would have a problem with.
ACC schools are potential future opponents due to the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
My guess is that Iowa State and Wisconsin are scheduled to meet up sometime soon, although it could just be that Bo is PO'ed that Iowa State already has four Big Ten transfers on their team.
I think it's pretty ridiculous that schools can stop someone from transferring even tho the kid already has to sit out a year
Or if Duke or UNC offered Ryan their HC job, he could take it no questions asked yet this kid can't go to a school 1000 miles away based on the POSSIBILITY that they might play Wisconsin.
I'm with Cowherd in this one. Ryan's a douchebag.
Can't speak for anyone else but I have a big problem with it. They're kids that are often sold a bill of goods by pretty good salesmen who often couldn't care less about their well being. Let them go where they want.
exactly ... you let them go where they want. I see too many times coaches limiting these kids on where they can and can't transfer to and many of them marginal. Say, if Eric Shrive wanted to transfer to Virginia or Purdue, two schools on PSU's schedule, I wouldn't have a problem with it. If they aren't good enough to see ample playing time at your school, then what are you afraid of - unless the kid is a Trent Richardson or one of the five kids who are going to declare tonight for the NBA from UKY?

I think it's completely fair to deny schools that are on your future schedules to potential transfers...there's 1000's of schools in the country to transfer too, i'm sure they can find one that's not on their future schedules. I would hope Pat would do the same thing for a marquee player that wanted to transfer to be honest.
