Figured I would start this thread even though technically there already exists a Trial Thread. If the mods want to lock this, then no problem at all. Just seemed like decent news to not bury 40 pages deep. Not really a surprise but still news.
The Court found that despite Sandusky's attorneys not having the opportunity to review all discovery documents, the case was not compromised and Sandusky's attorneys were able to put on a case.
A snippet..... "This is simply not a case where trial counsel's inability to review before trial all of the discovery material... can be said to resulted in a "structural defect" that made the lack of a fair trial a virtual certainty."
Next stop for former Penn State coach is Superior Court.

I care. And as much as I don't want to hear about that a-hole anymore, his actions are regrettably entwined with our university for the duration, so I want to be informed of things like this in a forum where I can speak without uninformed bias and ridiculous interjections...like yours.
