Success without honor is an unseasoned dish; it will satisfy your hunger, but it won't taste good.
I think it's been too much for a while now. Holy shnikes, people need to stop overreacting.
It was in the Twiiter Thread. Leave the kid alone already. He's said a 1000 times he's solid and loves PSU. Christ, if he said he was going to Fort Knox, would THEY all panic and think he was enlisting in the Army and bypassing PSU or ........ maybe just simply a vacation with the family? Holy shite indeed.
That is my name on their tops and no one can tell me any different!!!!
I think ANY time fans are tweeting these high school kids, even once.....its once too many, for any reason. I dont care if you follow them, but dont tweet them.
Ya just gotta sit back and laugh at the knee-jerk JERKS!!!
Even following them is creepy. The few tweets related to recruiting contain information that can be gained from visiting a recruiting site. But the majority of their tweets are about the personal lives of 17 year olds, which no grown man should really care about.
I tend to agree with you here Nits, and that is the reason why I put "I dont care if you follow them" ha. I personally dont follow them and dont feel the need to. As a follower of this board, I am greatly appreciative to the couple of people who do follow them and post tweets, but I just dont see any reason at all for people who dont know them to be injecting themselves in these kids lives in the least.
I guess I am hypocritically torn:
On one side I don't have Twitter, think it very weird and creepy that people try to follow and analyze every single move these high school kids do, and think that a lot of it is much to do about nothing. I also think many people cross the line when it comes to NCAA Violations with the amount of contact and type of contact they have.
On the other side there isn't a day that goes by that I don't read the twitter thread on this page.
Is it weird that when I read it I thought he meant he was going to Cannes, the French film festival?
Yeah ... don't answer that. It's weird.
The chicken place sounds damned good tho.

Jeff, you're way too cultured to be on a message board.
This is true. Can't quit you guys, though.
I am quite addicting.
I must admit I thought the same thing!
I thought the same thing so don't get all high and mighty on me!!!
PENN STATE FOREVER
Liar. You thought he said "cans".
Yeah. No one on this board ever over-reacted to a tweet. No. Never.
in getting a twitter account they have to expect it.... if they dont like random people following them, they can easily set their account to private. Believe me these kids love it.
Raising canes is awesome! One of the best chicken tender joints ever! Love me some canes sauce.
Also pissed that they have one in Columbus and not in state college. Would also love if we had a Steak 'n Shake.
While I do not condone tweeting at these kids at all, this is 100% correct in that by opening up a public Twitter account, anything they say can and will be held against them by the public that follows them. Its stupid, but its how it works. Like you said, just make the account private and only accept followers that you can trust.
I am actually surprised that a coach (at least that I know of) has not made it mandatory to privatize their Twitter account if they have one.
