In what I hope becomes a weekly thing, I'd like everyone to choose a Penn State player of the game in advance of Saturday's matchup. Base it on a particular matchup, the way a player looked in the previous game (after this week, of course) or just gut instinct. I'll tally the results and post them either later today or later in the week, depending on how many file in.
So, your Penn State player of the game against Ohio is ...

Adrian Amos.... looking for him to take one to the house on special teams, and he'll make his presence felt on d as well.

Don't hate me for this answer... but I think Mox is going to have a big game... don't know why... but final answer.
I'm going out on a limb here: THE 12th MAN!!!!!!!!!!
I'll go with the Mox
The O-Line (that would make me very happy)
belton or MM. not sure which.
I hope a wiser but still Moxie Matt McGloin.
"You can take bowl games and you can take external things from people, but you can't take a warrior's heart."
Coach Fitz. I am looking to see a new level of nastiness and physicality.
Zordich. We're going to see some pancakes from the fullback position on Saturday.
Allen Roninson! Which would mean MM also has a nice game
Hodges shows the monster he has become under Fitz2
I believe it's a Co-MVP
Matt McGloin and Bill Belton.
MMcGloin needs to be a leader on the field, keep the ball moving with 35+ min in Time Of Possession.
Good throws, Good desicions.
BBelton with 100+ yards rushing and 30+ receiving.

I will say this. If the Mox has a good year it will go a long with in keeping Hack on board.
Allen Robinson. Kid is about to be UNLEASHED!!
100+ yards receiving and 2+ TD's!

"DOMINATE the state" - James Franklin 1/11/14
I think MM has a good game, but not enough to knock off Belton.
I'll take the unsung heroes, the O line.
They will make Belton and McGloin look like heroes, but with the new strength training and better coaching the road graders will look good.
Barnes, who will get a lot of PT with Massaro's injury.. i predict 3 sacks vs. Ohio's green offensive tackles, including a forced fumble and TD return..
The Mox Fox.
