Thanks bills. I don't go to the blue board much.
No mentions of Sickels or Mahon in the AAA game practice thread.
Sean, is Mark Allen, or any of our other 2014 targets planning to attend to Army All American Jr combine?
There will be guys going but not Allen, who is recovering from his knee injury.

Forgot about that, thanks though. I know there's a ton of stuff going on right now, jr combine just popped into my head.
Today's top performers, lots of and and as you read through the list.
247Sports takes a look at the top performers on the first day of practice at the 2013 Under Armour All-America game.

I asked Steve Wiltfong about Mahon and Sickels practicing today, his response:
"Mahon had a good practice. Played center. Was good in 1-on-1s.
Sickells is a good-looking prospect. Had an up and down first day. Made some plays, also got stunted."
Some items from Wilfong's article on the Army bowl - http://247sports.com/Article/Laremy-Tunsil-and-USC-commits-shine-at-first-day-of-Army-Bowl-109111
Uncommitted back Derrick Green had his fair share of strong snaps and also brings the element of being a factor in the passing game.
Tyler Boyd dominated the competition in Class A (Pennsylvania’s smallest class) during his high school career and he showed on Monday that he has the goods to compete against the best in the country.
USC commit Khaliel Rodgers really shined. He was dominant in 1-on-1s, where he owned Keith Bryant. He also teamed up with Penn State commit Brendon Mahon to pancake his five-star high school teammate and future Trojan Kenny Bigelow.
If you think that's bad, read this (including the honorable mentions):
FULLERTON, Calif.- Alabama defensive tackle commit Darius Paige (Foley, Ala.) was tops on the East during the first day of practice for the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl.
That article just seems made up with the number of recognizable names.
That's a brutal read if you're a Penn State fan.
Great way to start out the New Year, shavi.
Day 2, now.
Gerry Hamilton: Christian Hackenberg showing good timing in screen work - throwing to Kelvin Taylor.
Gerry Hamilton: From a physical standpoint, Hackenberg towers over the other QB's and with the frame to play at 225-230-pounds.
Also said Hack was playing with the first team on "Team Highlight."
Gerry: Hackenberg with a nice out route to OJ Howard - lined up in-line.
Hackenberg also with a nice play action waggle throw to Josh McNeil

Practice for the sixth annual Under Armour All-America Game continues Tuesday at the Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Fla., and 247Sports is there to bring you the latest from the practice field.
Luke Stampini: Penn Stater LaVar Arrington keeps joking & referring to Alex Anzalone as Quasimodo. You know Hunchback of Notre Dame. ND commit.
sucks that we have so many guys that were so close to being in the blue and white, but it is really nice to have these names in here, shows how great the staff has been about getting interest from players despite the NCAA sanctions, hopefully same thing next year but with less withdrawal of verbals
Thanks for keeping us up to date, bills.
Props to the staff for finding the talent early in the recruiting game before they blew up/bolted.
"You have to perform at a consistently higher level than others. That's the mark of a true professional." JVP
"- Penn State quarterback commitment Christian Hackenberg (Fork Union, Va./Fork Union Military) made a number of high level throws Tuesday, including one rolling right to Washington commitment Demorea Stringfellow (Moreno Valley, Calif.Rancho Verde), who made the catch of the day stretching out with perfect timing on the move across the middle."
This was from the UA top performers article, attached.
On day two of the Under Armour All-America practices, Robert Nkemdiche put together another un-blockable performance.
"-Penn State commit Brendon Mahon has never touched the football before in his life, but he’s doing a nice job transitioning to center this week."
Also, for those who still care:
"-Pittsburgh lean Tyler Boyd made several plays down the field on Tuesday including the catch of the day over Alexander in the end zone. West Virginia and Michigan State are also in the mix for Boyd who may decide on Saturday."
Nothing in the article about Sickels.
Virginia Tech CB commit Kendall Fuller was one of several five-stars to shine for the East team at Tuesdays practice in preparation for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
wow, that does hurt.
That is my name on their tops and no one can tell me any different!!!!
psufreak2002 asked Gerry: "Who would you take at QB if you had a choice? Hack, Morris, Bateman, That USC kid...?"
Gerry replied: "Pure talent, size, feet and total package skill set - Hackenberg is the guy. He's got so much potential - assuming all the variables check out at the next level (seeing the field, time clock, processing and naturally reacting, etc...).
The most natural QB at the game - likely Kevin Olsen. Coaches kid, brother in the NFL, been around it his whole life and coached/taught. Compact motion too - natural passer."
I didn't realize this, but Breneman's coach is Hack's QB coach for the week. Pretty cool.
Yeah I hadn't thought about it either. Hopefully he doesn't spend 45 minutes talking to Hack before each throw.
what is the date and time of UA and ARMY game?
