Was watching his tape. Kid looks like an athlete. Does he have offer?
If winning was easy even losers would do it.
It was noted a few months ago that he would commit on the spot if we offered. Apparently that has changed and he's looking around. I still think if we offered he'd jump all over it.
My opinion they should offer. Wonder why they haven't.
I agree. My guess is the staff believes we aren't as desperate as many thought we would be. Penn State still has a lot to offer. I think the staff is waiting for top targets to make decisions and they're going from there. Although, if a kid wants to be at Penn State and he's evidently talented...I want him at Penn State.
Very limited ships...
Part of me thinks the staff is holding off on alot of 2014 kids until the free agency period ends (or close to) to get a better grasp on positional needs....
He will eventually be offered imo

It has been well-documented that it will be quite a struggle to find 15 scholarships for the 2014 class.
Given that we will only have room for 1-2 DBs in the next class, I don't mind that they're being selective.
No need for anyone to get butthurt.
F the NCAA
F the BOT
I also think the staff aren't sure where the kids who are going to be apart if the 2013 class end up. If let's say 3 if these guys stick at corner then maybe they look at more of a safety.
I hope Omar Truit understands the situation PSU is in. Kids that get offered can jump on the offer until a better option comes along, where PSU can't take Truit's offer away if someone better comes along. If PSU offers and he commits then they are stuck with Truit, however Truit is not stuck with PSU. Colleges just can't rip offers from committed kids or their rep would be garbage. Stuff spot for PSU to be in for the future.
