I love Zeppelin, but I am too biased and will take Moon over Bonham. They were very similar off stage, which ultimately led to their demise.
I remember reading awhile back Alice Cooper saying something along the lines of "90% of things you hear about rockers are untrue, 95% of what you heard about Keith Moon was true" lol

I have one upvote left, and I am not afraid to use it!!!
Moon wasn't even that good of a drummer. He just beat the shit out of everything. I would take Bohnam any day. His 25 minute solo on Moby Dick
Not yet, so I would say maybe. They may wait until after the bowl game so he can step down, but I doubt they would let all the best candidates off the board before they made a decision.
Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS
I hope Chris Martin songs with Billy so I can watch Nirvana with Pail sing smells me teen spirit or rape me.
Agreed on the LeBron. Definitely one of those guys you want to see live & up-close.
Technically speaking he was never trained, but he was actually talented. He was a wild man which makes it appear that he is not talented. I always point to Quadrophenia which is just amazing. Bonham was like a gorilla drumming. They were true musicians. No lessons needed.
Did you see Steve Young on MNF call say the TExans had the biggest dicks
Missed that one. What was the context?
The Who are a million times better than the Stones live. There's reason why the Stones kept their little Rock and Roll circus thing on ice for as long as they did. The Who completely blew them off the stage.
And while I think Zeppelin's studio material is much better, they weren't as highly regarded for their concerts as The Who was, but then again not many were.
Thank You! The Rock and Roll Circus rendition of "A Quick One" is just amazing! Best live performance that I have ever seen, they were in their prime. I have always thought the Stones were a good band that were overrated. Don't get me wrong they are legend, but I think the Beatles are way above them. Like in Rolling Stone magazine (not much credibility there) they ranked Keith Richards as a top 10 guitarist. He doesn't even play lead guitar, hes rhythm guitar lol.
