That's how I felt when I saw them in 2006 at the Greek in Berkeley. It definitely renewed my interest in Radiohead and I've been feverishly downloading and trying to see them live ever since. I've been lucky to see Radiohead live 3 times in 6 years and saw Thom Yorke live at the Fox in Oakland when he was touring for his solo project, Atoms for Peace. All of these concerts were really memorable to say the least. Here's the final encore from the Atoms for Peace show when they ran out of songs to play and started playing a Joy Division cover.

I don't listen to anything, I'm deaf
I really wish I could appreciate things like music, sounds of nature, my two son's first words but I have also been warned that there's a lot of annoying sounds that you all hear everyday. So I guess not being able to hear especially in the office at work can be nice sometimes.

On a bit of an Anders Osbourne run lately. Local guy out of NOLA that is pretty talented IMO. This city just has so many great artists. Meters, Galactic, Rebirth, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Soul Rebels, Radiators....just goes on and on.

Just took a listen, enjoyed it. Thanks.
Went to the Central Park Summer Stage last night, saw Young the Giant. They put on a good show, I'll attach the song they ended the show with, it's pretty decent.

Nice. I've heard a few of their songs but haven't put in much effort to listen to them. May have to try them out.
I bought tickets for The Avett Brothers at Central Park on Sept. 18th. Heard they put on an awesome show. Between them and Mumford in Hoboken its going to be a great summer/fall of music.
Didn't they play at the PSU concert last semester?

Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS
I have really gotten into the Avett Brothers lately. Heard them first on Pandora Mobile, and have been liking their stuff the last few days. Good band.
I vaguely remember my brother telling me they did. Just looked it up, they played at Movin On.
Penn State Movin' On has announced their 2012 music festival line-up.
Its pretty easy summer listening. I actually just listened to some Avett Bros on Spotify, if that concert isn't sold out I might end up going. We'll see, I really like the Summer Stage venue.
I didn't know about the Avett Brothers when they came, but I had a few friends go to Moving' On. Most didn't, but some did. I wish I was in a bit better condition to go, it would've been a good show.
The Black Keys. I'm 51 and this is the best music I have listened to in a long long time. Akron Ohio Boys. By all accounts nice dudes. Rock on!!!
You didn't stay at Lee's campground did you?
More than just football
One of the trippiest music videos I've ever seen. Decent song too.

Let The Bodies Hit The Floor - Drowning Pool.... couldn't think of anything better for my mood
This is the end by the doors. On a constant loop while I drink myself stupid
I think tonight calls for some scotch or whiskey and some Merle Haggard

Probably the greatest song ever! Changes by Tupac
Going to Santana and Allman Brothers tomorrow. Listening to both those bands all morning tomorrow since as of now, I probably know 10 of their songs combined.
My brother was at that show last night in NJ. Said Allman Brothers were very good, he doesn't know much Santana so he left before it was over I believe.
I think Santana retired years ago and is now just Kirk Hammett with a hat and sunglasses.
Good to hear. I thought Santana was opening the show, so maybe they are switching back and forth? As always, if the show or game sucks, at least the tailgate will have been great.
