Nice to see Drennon coming back for a visit. Maybe, Penn State can get him and Webb on board.

Prior to what anybody may have heard, I will be announcing my decision tomorrow at my high school. I hope my friends family every1 can come!
Really? First off, it's "despite what anybody may have heard" not "prior"... Secondly really kid? Really? 2 independent WV newspapers have done stories running quotes from you on how you chose UNC. Which is fine, but really? We all know where you are going, whats the point? It's just dumb at this point.
WE ARE! And we will always be...
Got to admit some of his comments i feel bad he is immature i think he is making a poor decision similar to that Alexander choosing FSU then falling off the face of the earth. Hope for his sake he reconsiders. WVU would use him better than UNC !

Yeah, she said don't rush to any decisions, yet he chose UNC after visiting once. His advisors are just misguided. Its sad really... For him.
lol in Fadora's option offense lol lol lol He wont get the ball... I can't wait to see this whole thing implode over the next 3 years. UNC is a basketball school. No one cares about their team either lol he just shunned the best fans in the world for a mediocre crowd. Good for him...

It is sad he doesn't have the proper guidance. I think the parents should step in and advise him accordingly. He isnt going to be used right there you will never hear from this kid again bank on it.
They are the ones who wants him at UNC.
Huh? Were you a fly on the wall for his family discussions? You know nothing...just like the rest of us. He made a decision and just because you don't like it is no reason to attack his support structure. Leave it be.

Well we will all find out why when everyone reports it tomorrow. But we already know where he is going, so whats the point of an elaborate presser? Really? Its not his actual decision that people are mad about, its the way he is going about it. Doing 2 stories with quotes and then saying, I am making my decision tomorrow? Get over yourself. I think he could take a lesson from Lebron...

These are OT twitter posts, I really don't think anything needs to be VIP only here :(
This could be the best decision in his life. Who really knows at this point. There's no sense in taking little shots at his parents/advisers. Best just to move on and not dwell on it. We have other options.
Sorry about that... Fixed.
Remember though, we all say it was his parents, but remember the tweets that were posted a while ago, showing his cousins in penn state gear???? I sure do
he posted that around 7am this morning, before any of these articles came out.
yeah. yet he is still holding a press conference. Stop the presses. I have no idea where he is going. lol
Its obviously not about making a big suspenseful seen of the whole thing for him. He just wants an opportunity to celebrate with his friends, family and classmates all at once. Give the kid a break. He's excited about his decision and obviously decided he couldn't wait any longer to tell people. That's no reason he shouldn't get the opportunity to celebrate.
he set up an announcement back around when breneman announced.. his coach convinced him not to...
“If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.” ― Haruki Murakami
I think any parent concerned about incidents involving an old staffer is a bit nuts
As a parent of college students myself this would never bug me psu did what they had to fact is obrien wOuld utilize him the best or even wvu I believe his coach and family steered him in the wrong direction we have seen it before
I guess I just feel like LJ. "Im not a big hat guy, if you want to go to a school, just pick the school." Circa the 2012 recruiting class interview on GOPSUsports.com
LOL good point.
So I guess you'd rather Adam Brenneman had just gone somewhere else then...
AB is the biggest TE recruit to come out in a decade, is a game changer, and announced for his hometown team in their darkest hour in the middle of PSU country. No offense to Switzer, he is a nice player, but he is no where near AB's class. Also, Switzer is announcing for an out of state school after one only one visit and after being a heavy PSU lean (taking photos, having family take photos, buddying up with two of the best prospects on the national stage that will influence his performance most on the field) and doing interviews about committing the day before. AB kept his decision secret until the very end and had NATIONAL media in Central PA... Hardly the same suspense or impact. At this point, why go to the conference? You know where he is going... And not that many people care... ESPN won't have a national headline on the front page about it... He is trying to create hype where there is none. And its kinda sad and getting old. LJ has it right.
There is no point arguing this any further, especially not in the OT: Twitter thread. Switzer has the same right to enjoy this process as any other kid and who are we to say how good of a player he is.
Oh you are right. It is his right... But the way in which he is going about it may rub some Nittany Lion faithful the wrong way. And it is... Im done arguing too. best of luck to him, seriously. In Fedora's offensive system, he'll need it. Who is their QB of the future? Oh yeah lol But seriously best of luck to him... Sad... just sad.
I think many of us feel this way... And I'm done. Im moving on... Enough about this kid... Bring on Boyd and Lemelle...
