Can't blame the kid, I got caught as a freshman too. Some RA's are like witch hunters about the stuff. The underage law is a great example of how federal mandates suck.

Except there are hardly any 21 year olds living in dorms (excluding eastview). That move was purely for show.
Whether it is a fair law or not, it still is the law. These players all know that. I know they are only 18&19 years old and lots of their friends are doing it, but they are on scholarship and very visible. They know if they break rules the potential consequences are greater for them then others - loss of playing time and potential loss of scholarship. Just hard to believe they don't get it and every year a few get caught and punished.
