Yeah tell me about it.
haha....i bet it does....
Just agreeing w/ some posts but don't want to type anything for fear I'll be banned like my buddy was earlier....
So, If I may....I'll give you guys my last ovation....
MTayl yea i understand where you're coming from , but i don't care if Saban was our coach ,these sanctions would be the same, Meyer is nothing but a liar saying he's stepping down because of health reasons, but a year later he back coaching? give me a break OSU can have that Sumbag.
I think that is up to a long debate, probably for the offseason and over a few beers to be honest.
Obviously there is more to the Meyer story. And I understand why people wouldn't want him here now. But he still won two national titles and recruited some of the best players in college football. We need to wait awhile, at least a few more days, before we compare him to BOB at all really.
I will bet anyone as long as i live ,that meyer never ,ever wins another NC. he won't even come close. So keep dreaming, BoB is 100x better coach meyer is and will ever be.
I'm not going to lie, I wanted to hear a real reaction.
You're worried about your precious RoboBuckeye 2 star free account getting banned? I mean, it's a really cool name and all, but you could probably come up with something else just as super awesome. Troll on!

Well, OSU was 6-7 last year... and this year they're 8-0. Urbs can still coach.
And I love BOB, don't get me wrong. Will we regard BOB as a more accomplished coach someday? I believe that is entirely possible, but to compare them at this point isnt fair.
Offense anyway. Their D looks pretty bad. Those wins over Indiana and Purdue (among others) were less than impressive.
Not really...I'm on here about twice a week just looking at info from whoever we're playing that week....
Don't even know what the "stars" are for or mean..because....well......I have a life.....
Dirty, you should scrub yourself with a wire brush. Urb is a douche and every buckeye fan and player should fist themselves while simultaneously jerking of to a pic of Urb,
“Never trust a government that doesn't trust its own citizens with guns.”
ok Mtayl72....I'll bite....
first of all I have a few questions for ROAR...
1) How old are you? I gotta know how long I have to keep track of this bet
2) Since you didn't say "At OSU" does that mean if he goes to Mt Union and wins one does that count?
3) In order to call a winner on the "Not even come close" part....is playing in the NC game close?
Lastly, not a question...but just to clear up your opinion that a first time head coach, winning 5 games in his career makes him 100X better coach than one who has accomplished:
1) First coach to take a non BCS school to a BCS bowl and win (Utah)
2) Each team he has coached in college was immediately better their first year, and had their best records in his 2nd year.
3) Won two National Championships
Just want to be clear that BOB's record is indeed, in your opinion, a much better evaluation of coaching ability...
Not going to argue your point with you, just really want to hear this is truly how you would evaluate coaching....IF so, then I think you should petition the College Football Hall of Fame to allow BOB to enter after this season....Urban will undoubtedly be there when he's done, so if BOB is that much better after 7 games then he should get to go through the express lane..
You drive a Jetta?
yeah, lol. It sure looks like you do. I drive an A4. What of it?
just wondering if the name was in reference to your ride....
Here is my opinion on Meyer...
He is a damn good coach when he has the right personnel. He is a much better recruiter. The reason I think recruits like him is because he acts like their buddy, and I think this is also the reason he has lost control in the past.
As much as I hate to say it, I think the reason he was successful at Florida was because of Tim Tebow's leadership. I think Tebow was able to be the leader the team needed. Once Tebow left, there was no leadership, and the team began to fall apart.
"We have a culture of integrity. That's not new at Penn State and that's not going to get old at Penn State."
It is the popular opinion that Urban ran a "Loose" program...and maybe he did at Florida....All I can go on is what the players at tOSU have said, which is "toughest" "Strictest" etc.... Players say it's not even close to how loose it was before at tOSU....
Based on the number of players he has suspended/ kicked off the team after one violation it seems he is running a tight ship....at least first year he is...
I think it's always been easy for him to be strict when he first arrives at a school. He hasn't recruited these players, and he has a different relationship. I think it's after his recruits start arriving that the team begins to change, and the structure deteriorates.
Not sure if there is any fact in any of this, these are just my thoughts...
Star rating is important to you?? Stars are about being politically correct.......interesting posters are are often down voted because they speak the truth.....
Let's see what type of program Urbz runs three years down the road, if he is still there. It might be strict now, but ...
I'm sure it was strict at some point in Gainesville when he got there from Utah.
That's not true. I'm far from PC and I have the good rating. I'm a real jackass. Though I don't quite get the whole thing, but whatever.
Can't speak for others, but I never downvote anyone for simply disagreeing with me. I downvote people if they troll, flame, or are looking to cause trouble. I guess I've downvoted for blatant stupidity before as well, which frankly, is not that rare.
