Name on thing jay has accomplished or led? Absolutely nothing. Man hasn't done shit except write a few articles and some of you think he is suitable for congress?
No wonder America is in the mess we are in now with people voting with that mind set.
That's the guy!
I actually think that politics is what Jay was born to do. He is a natural at it, IMO.
Then start at a local level, and move his way up.
Yeah, I think he should start at the state level. The local level is a joke.
I can't see your gif but please name a better one? Please.
How about running for County Commissioner or State Senate first? He should get elected as County Commisioner where in Pennsylvania a member of the minority party gets a seat. Do a good job and take a shot when the seat is open. He has an obvious love for the area and his name wouldn't be a negative in that race. Walk before you can run.
Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS
It certainly wasn't Reagan. Unless by greatest you mean "overrated" - then I agree completely.
Just to add fuel to this fire befor eit gets locked down (I'm in a maniacal mood today):
Former presidents Abraham Lincoln and Bill Clinton came in at second and third place.
How long ago was Teddy Roosevelt here?
But you think I "weren't being?" :-)
And, weren't you something like -2 years old when Reagan was President?
And how smart do you think Americans are, collectively? And before you answer, remember that "Americans" elected Obama. Twice.
Yep. Ended the Cold War. Got the country completely turned around after peanut farmer jimmy carter got us in a shit Hole. Left with a stable inflation after carter was putting us into hyperinflation.
Left with an unemployment under 6, and was in a shit show of a peak of 10 after what carter did.
Left the country in a great stance economically and out of a war with Russia. Who has done more please?

Oh I don't agree with the poll, and in fact would agree with what you said there. That's why I said "fuel to the fire". Working in politics, I know America is extremely...ignorant...to a lot. A fact that they rely a lot on actually.
Doesn't matter. I study history. I study economics. Sorry I don't study feminism and socialism and study things that matter to have an opinion of what makes a great president.
Again, someone please name a better president in the past 50 years.
And teddy was over a 100 years ago.
Let me join you in saying...
...not sure who you are, but I know who WE ARE...
Are you sure? That seems like a long time.
I agree with alot of what you say here but Reagan did not end the Cold War. He may have hastened the end but it was coming with or without Reagan. If you actually study history you would know that the USSR had severe economic and social problems that were coming to a head way before Reagan got into office. Was he President when it collapsed? Yup but to give him 100% credit is foolish. Read the book, "The Rise and Fall of the Great Powers." It will show you what I mean.
Dominate The State
Never said he was 100% responsible at all. Once Chernenko was out the end was inevitable. He still made the end happen and should get some credit, but no where did I say he was the sole reason it ended.
And thanks, I love reading about that time period.
Also, I know completely about the social and economic problems of the Ussr. I just took a class abroad titled, Transition to market economies in central and Eastern Europe.
