Best first post ever?
He, along with Bell and Reeder, will make a very good trio of future LB's.
I didn't even notice that.
And yes. Yes it is.
Good news to read about this morning. It was the right choice by O'Brien and Issah to enroll in a military prep school. Hopefully the structure and discipline there will change the young man's life for the better. At least he's getting a chance to grow into a good man.

Yep. I don't see it being an issue whether he is a 2013 signee or 2014.
Correct me if I am wrong but can't he still look elsewhere?
Yep. He can sign wherever he wants.
The only year I can see it mattering is the 2016 class - based on current numbers there should be 14 spots open, meaning if there is any attrition at all, which there always is, we will need some EE spots carried forward in the classess prior to that to stay at 65 scholarship players. If there was signficant attrition prior to the 15 class ( I think Smith, Barnes, James and Carter could all go early that yr) then some might be needed in 15 as well. As has been discussed, we need to fill whatever EE spots we can over the next few years.
IMO it also helps build some depth getting the young players ready earlier.
That really is some good news. Hopefully the time flies for him and we seem him out there for the next BW game.

This was the best solution for everyone involved. I still would have allowed him to enroll right away but I understand the rationale.

Sorry if already asked-where did you read/hear this?

Has everything been worked out with the charges he was up against? I don't recall hearing he was out of the woods legally.
Would he be eligible to play football at Milford? Not sure how that eligibility works even if they do have a post grad team.
+1. Been wondering this too.
