Football Scoop posted an interesting table to show what types of technology programs are using for recruiting, team management, and video.
-- 1) Recruiting Radar: http://www.bas-llc.com/
-- 2) The Coach Tracker: http://thecoachtracker.com/
-- 1) ACS ?
-- 1) Recruiting: Hudl - http://www.hudl.com/
-- 2) Game/Practice Film: XOS - http://www.xosdigital.com/
Interesting to see how closely we align to what Saban is using at Alabama.
"Penn State has taken a lot of punches in the last six months and it's time to punch back" - BOB
Almost every team uses the same video and about half use coach tracker. I don't know that there's really that much significant overlap there.

OSU uses 8 different "team management" tools...Seems like we are one of a few that use 3 different team mgt tools.
"Whoever’s trying to kill me isn’t getting the job done. But one day, I’m going to punch that f___r in the face."
Those numbers correspond to "other" tools that are listed at the bottom of the article. So OSU uses #8 while Penn State uses #3.
hudl was a solid product to begin with, and then they started buying up their main competition (DSV in 2011 and Apex in 2012) to really take over the football vertical. They are a young company with some big money backers here in Lincoln. I interviewed there around a year ago for the project manager position that was basically taking over the development life cycle role the Director of Technology had been running since the company's inception. I was pretty impressed with him and their product. They are only going to get better as they focus more on other sports.
