There is no evidence (as of now) that point 4 actually happened.
Then we'll have to disagree, b/c I think it's huge.
Yeah point 4 confuses. Is it really possible that info could be kept under wraps this long? Is it b/c of the impending trial that people can't speak on it?
For showing that Freeh was wrong... totally agree. For our sanctions with the NCAA, I disagree. But I do see your point.
IIRC, if a report is made to CYS and nothing comes up from it, after a certain amount of time the report is expunged from the records.
Seeing as how nothing came of a report (assuming there was one), it would have been expunged years ago.

Interesting. So it is possible they reported it. Guess the question becomes how do they prove that?
I think that's where Wendell Courtney (Former PSU legal representative) comes into play. Freeh did not interview him, either. The report to CYS would have come through him.

Any reason Wednell wouldn't speak out himself? Just curious how a piece of information like that could stay hidden.
I guess because he's a witness and will be called to testify.
Gotcha. I figured if there is info out their like this that hasn't been released yet, it's b/c of the trials.
