all Travis does is settle for jump shots he can't hit.
Early in the season he was taking a couple dribble and getting into better position
Shields with a 3 -- he has 11 already. Gallegos gets fastbreak layup and we have another timeout.
27-17 Nebraska, 3:26 left.
Huskers are open by six feet, in some cases.

I know people don't like to hear it, but we are being outcoached - again.
Nebraska works the ball around much better and gets much better scoring chances as a result.
This is embarrassing. How the heck can't a college basketball player not make a wide open shot. And get Taylor on the inside instead of throwing up bricks
Taylor, having one of his better games, puts back Marshall miss and it's 27-21, 2 min left.
Newbill back on the court with 2 fouls. Smart move before we fall further behind
PATHETIC, ANEMIC, WORST OFFENSE IN THE COUNTRY!!!!
The defense is passable, but the offense makes me cry. The defense works based entirely on hustle. But with the offense, there is no movement and no structure...who the hell is the point guard? They don't fill the passing lanes. They don't get any offensive rebounds because they're never under the bucket. I can't count the number of times they've taken a perimeter shot with absolutely no one under the basket.
I think the women's team would kick their ass!
Sorry, I needed to get that out.

team has a knack for long jacks at the halftime buzzer
Not a good last 15 minutes at all. Down 5. I still think we win this game.

record on repeat from the dechellis era
That might have been my favorite sequence of the entire season right there:
Lions triple-team someone, only to leave Shields wide open, with no one within 12 feet of him, under the basket for a layup.
Montminy basically throws it into the basket for a three at the buzzer. Lions storm off bench to mob him, then run into locker room.
Meanwhile, Chambers watches all of this from the scorer's table, hand over his face, looking like he just watched the neighbor's kid shatter his window. Would love to be a fly on the wall in the locker room.
Also, 33-28 Nebraska at half. Shields has 13 for Nebraska, which is shooting 47 percent. Taylor with nine for Lions, who are at 36 percent.
Marshall, who was 0-7 in the first half, gets first shot of second half to fall after steal by Sasa.
35-31 Nebraska, 17:50 left.
Shields hits a runner that would make Frazier proud. He's 7-7 today.
Ubel hits hook and it's 39-31 Huskers, 15:41 to play.
Horrible call. Held ball when he's getting mugged?
The team's intensity is just terrible. A lot like NW and Miles continues to outschool Chambers.
Ubel foul extends Penn State possession and Colella hits open 3. 41-36, under 14 to go.
Marshall, heating up, hits three from corner.
41-39, 13 min left. Crowd comes alive. Nebraska takes timeout.
2 important 3's bring life to the crowd. down 2
Newbill hits short one off glass and it's 41-41.
Newbill going to his right works so well when other teams foolishly allow it
Travis takes a shot that is not 18 feet out. When he does that he scores.
Travis with one-hand putback. 12 straight for Lions, who lead 43-41.
Shields, though, ties it and is fouled by Graham. He'll go to line with 11:27 left.
Ubel is much better than the fatman for Nebraska. They would be wise to stick with him
Sasa open jumper makes it 47-46 Lions, Ubel puts Huskers back on top with layup, 48-47.
Have a feeling some more lead changes are in our future.
Travis with six points in second half after going scoreless in first.
Keeps rebound alive next possession.
Good timeout by Chambers.
