IU with their biggest lead of the night. 20-10
October 12, 2013. PSU 43 - UM 40 (4 OT). Unfortunately this fan wasn't around long enough to see it!
Penn State's defense hasn't been awful, though it is giving up way too many offensive boards.
The offense, though ... (low whistling sound)

Marshall with a great denial of Oladipo, who wanted a poster dunk, after Graham had turned away Watford.
Still down 20-10, however, 7:30 left in half.
Newbill's 3rd turnover on traveling this half. Guy's gotta get that sh*t under control.
Good hustle on D there.
Graham hits layup on nice feed from Marshall.
Lions cannot keep Indiana off glass but ball goes out of bounds to Penn State.
Lions down 20-12 with 5:50 left and the ball.
Our D is keeping us within striking distance but we can't score for sh*t!
IU is in the 2bl bonus and we have yet to get into the bonus. :(
Penn State offense shooting a blistering 25% tonite...unbelievable. Would be nice to see some offensive improvement but not tonight it seems
Marshall feeds Graham again and he delivers again ... but Zeller going back to line, where IU is just 4-of-10 tonight.
He gets both and it's 23-14, 4:22 left in half.
Indiana running a clinic tonight on how to defend high ball screen.
Think Tim Frazier could still get free against these guys, though.
Marshall leaves Sheehey wide open on wing and it's 26-14.
Sheehey with another 3. 29-16 and this one could get ugly quickly.
Cannot turn the ball over against this team. You're virtually guaranteeing bucket in transition.
33-19 at halftime.
Lions again struggling to score against very active Hoosier defense.
They committed a lot of fouls that half, too.
"People ask me why I stayed here so long, Look around, Look around, I stay here because I love you all" R.I.P. Joe - 12/21/1926-01/22/2012
Went from hangin' 7 behind for a long time, to 10 behind and all of a sudden we're down 13 at the half. This is one of the most painful teams in recent memory to follow. And it's amazing that one player (Tim Frazier) missing from the lineup could make so much difference in a "team" sport!
We do suck. So is it lack of experience? Lack of talent? Lack of dare I say 'coaching'? I can't believe that Tim Frazier is the difference between an 0-for B1G and a .500 B1G. I just dunno?
Will psu ever field a good goops team? As in a ranked team? Its just the same old over and over.
He's the difference between an 0-for B1G and a 6-12 Big Ten team. This squad wasn't going .500 against this league with Tim, Talor or Michael Jordan.
Not sure goops is a Big Ten sport. Though it might be what the Nittany Lions are playing right now ...
I have to say lack of talent...sasa and ackerman really have no business in D1 hoops, could argue colella as well
"...or Michael Jordan." Got it! Thanks!
Might as well be Goops cuz psu sure doesnt play hoops! Lol
Eight Lions played in the first half. Four of them scored.
Hoosiers get eight points in the first 1:05 of half and it's 41-19.
