Do you think they even know what the red and green arrows are for over there? They only gave 2 down votes to the op, and you don't see many voted threads on their board. Oh well, more up-votes for us.
So half of their fan base has already figured it out...

I just went over to take a look and I can't find the thread. Did they pull it?
Yeah, they pulled it. They don't want any evidence of anything contrary to their cult-like narrative. They fill their own hearts with all this vitriol, and buy into their own delusions. Either that, or they are just children. Either, or, really.
They need their 'boogeyman', in order to keep the children in line.

"PSU a 3 to 4 win team" - New-era, September 2012
I most look forward to filling up their stadium and making it a PSU home game.
I bet Greg kept the upvotes.
Oh, I wonder what this VIP post is about.

I think their season tickets are so cheap it might be worth getting season tickets that year. The added benefit being their other home games might have fewer fans than they already do.

It was only a matter of time. I'm surprised the thread lasted as long as it did. Trying to bring some realism to most spitters, like Greg did with his OP, was not going to go over well. They would much rather live in their dream worlds where they win National Championships every year. The majority of the idiots over there just can't handle the truth. It's funny and kind of sad at the same time.

Maybe, ESPN was right in this case:
The only other explanation is that Chryst and Pitt hate freedom.
On March 28, Pittsburgh released a statement of support for running back Rushel Shell, who apparently was mulling his future at the school. Said coac
Just said that he was wrong and should have kept it VIP ... then deleted the thread.
If winning was easy even losers would do it.
haha he can't let their little group-think bubble get in danger of popping. If he doesn't protect the delusion, he loses his subscriber base. :P
But then it would have only gotten 5 views.
That guy is crazy, I've got a screen shot of him going off in a drunken tangent at me a few weeks/months ago (it's been a while).
He likes to write like he's an academic, with no care at all about the lowly contest of sport; but I'm pretty sure he's an angry, angry elf deep down. Probably from the South Pole.
Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS
I like Greg, and he's trying hard to get that site rolling.
It's a tough job though, as Pitt's message board population seem to be more interested in getting their AD fired than they are about their university. I hope he/the Pitt site makes it though.
One too many zimas will do that to a lady.

It's on my laptop, and I'm supposed to be paying attention to some riveting presentations about which political foreign polices would best improve US-Chinese relations.
I'll post once I get some grub and sit down with my laptop.
I think Greg posts some good stuff as well and tries to grow the sPitt board. But with the negativity and venom spewed on that board I would find it hard to join. Compare that to when I joined here, the board community has been fantastic in normal times and rose to the occasion despite some dark hours.
I've noticed that it's certainly a different mindset in terms of supporting their program and the sports community.
Greg's a good guy, he has to put up with a lot with those guys. They serious complain about anything and everything. Plus they don't show the guy the respect he deserves I feel bad for him.
LOL, look at the Pitt fans comments at the bottom of that article.
I of course had to throw in my two cents about how small their fan base is.
BacardiBuckeye: "But in all honesty I like Penn State, I want to see Penn State do good that's why I check this board everyday." 4/2/14
That Stanford Cardinal poster was cracking me up so much. Best Pitt trolling I've read in a long time. Just another reason to like Stanford. haha
When a team outgrows individual performance and learns team confidence, excellence becomes a reality. - Joseph Vincent Paterno
Welp, I can't find it. I'm not sure what happened to it, I could have sworn it was still saved in my pictures.
Also, A DOWNVOTE!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Like this quote from the ESPN guy:
"I know this is frustrating and embarrassing for Pitt folks. Coaches and players seem to prefer their association with the Pitt program to be "former" rather than "current."
