Haha I don't give a F about downvotes but this was a sarcastic post people. Thought that would be obvious.
In the end, it doesn't matter who was number two, three or four. It's obvious, there was a pretty significant break between the top three and PSU ... sort of like the reason why only three made it to NYC for the ceremony, not four or five.
Fact is, this kid, despite all his visits and talking to the verbals, didn't bite on PSU pre-sanctions. What made people honestly think he would bite now?
Honestly wish the best for the kid but so tired of hearing about the same recruits that have no real interest in the program. We dropped out with sanctions. Regurgitated names suck. Hope he goes to S. Carolina and has a nice career and not osu.
I am all for cutting bait and moving on because after a while it appears pathetic and this program is stronger than needing one recruit.
Watching the Bo Jackson 30 on 30 and he ain't no Bo.
Yeah thats why you got the downvote.
Meh, so be it.
Right? Enough of this guy... Save it for 2014. Get another back with Allen. No biggie, Lynch is a beast. And Belton is coming back.
WE ARE! And we will always be...

Unless he's a complete stud, I don't worry too much about running backs. It's a position that's easy to fill with competent people.
the Rb talent pool is deep every year. Im not concerned. The Akeel Lynch show is about to start!!!!!

Success without honor is an unseasoned dish; it will satisfy your hunger, but it won't taste good.
when you have a lethal passing game like we do it allows for just about any running back to have success. Stevan Ridley, Danny Woodhead, Green-Ellis (when he was there) are not excellent Rbs, but in BOB's offense they were efficient
Agreed, in BOB's offense I'd rather have get a top flight QB and some stud linemen then worry about a RB. Who thought Zwinak would rush for a 1,000 yards this year? RB isn't the position it used to be and unless you have an Adrian Peterson, they are all relatively equal.

Hearing about Williams is becoming like hearing about Anzalone. Not coming here, and don't know why he keeps getting brought up.
Time to move on.

Just curious, but how do you know that Lynch is a beast when he hasn't taken a sanp in college?
I don't get ASU, unless he's only going there for the chicks. Ah, unless OSU actually makes a spot for him, we all know where he's going.
Can anyone think of anyone who ever ruled a team out and then committed to that school later in the year? Only happens if the school they choose loses a coach, sanctions, etc. He was never coming here, and we will be fine without him.
This, I'd rather build a solid line and pull in QB's like Hack. Who really thought Zwinak would be the beast he was this year?? BOB has proven he can work with what people perceive as less than superstar R?B talent. Keep the Breneman's and Hack's coming and snare some WR's who want to put up big numbers and prepare themselves for the NFL. That coupled with the fact, Lynch has 4 years, Z and Belton 2 more, we aren't hurting at RB

Do you ever read practice reports, coaches comments, and player tweets.
Sure I do, but I'm one of those whack jobs who will reserve judgement until I actually see him play a down or two. Call me crazy.....
Without infringing upon my unVIPness, could someone give me a hint as to how good Lynch may be? Like best-RB-on-the-team-currently good? Or like quite-impressive-for-a-freshman good?
im that confident with BOB developing offensive talent, I shrug news like this off. In the Paterno era missing out on him would kill me. Im to the point where I feel bad for the kids that drop us knowing they will be missing out on this prolific offense.
