I know that we lost this game, and hats off to OSU for playing well. Braxton Miller lived up to the hype and your D-Line dominated our O-Line, Those were my keys to the game and you won them both.
Even though we lost, we had an electric crowd, kept fighting, showed that we can compete with a good team, and went for some big plays, Do you think this game was a positive or negative for recruiting? I think it was a good game for recruits to see and hope we won over some 2014 kids. I think we get 1 good commit, 2014.
Very positive. One loss means nothing to these kids. We do well the rest of the way and we will be fine. That was an experience only a handful of schools can match.
I bet Bullock commits within the week and Anderson follows shortly. Wouldn't be shocked if Issah recommits.
“We’re doing things we couldn’t imagine,” says safety Stephen Obeng-Agyapong. “But we’re doing them together.”
If there were really 100 recruits we will receive some interest from some of them. OSU has 5 schollies left to give so they may get some looks also. The kids who want to be part of the experience they felt will come. The rest of them I wish the best,
You'll get some...not too many schools can replicate that atmosphere....
Good Luck the rest of the year...
Don't see them taking Bullock and Anderson.
And yes...the atmosphere, interaction with coaches, etc. all matter more than the result. Does that mean the result doesn't matter? No, but kids are much more forgiving than fans are.
You can't take Bullock and Anderson. You need a true RB, another QB, a DL, a LB and another DB imo.
And don't forget, we can take like an extra 2 to 3 kids because Breneman, Smith, and possibly a JUCO QB will all be counted towards 2012.
