Whether you agree with Franco's position or not you have to admire his willingness to stand up for what he believes in.
Pretty good interview and he brings up good points. I wish he wouldn't stutter and pause so much because it makes him look like he's trying to come up with a random answer.. But you can tell how passionate he is about this and like I said, he brings up a bunch of really good points. God bless Franco!
Very nice interview.
I think Costas questions were reasonable & his opinions are reasonable - NOW.
I do think joe pos had an affect on him & he at least questions the opinions of Freeh, unlike most of the media. Hope fully he will ask for the truth to come out.
We need someone in the media asking these questions & even though i have never been a Costas fan, his reputation in the media is substantial.
Hopefully he seeks the truth in some of his investigative reports.
I just watched that interview and thought the same thing. If this thing has a chance to hit mainstream it is through Costas. Seems like nobody else will listen or even mention it and this is the second time in a few weeks that Costas has at least not blown up and called people kool-aid drinkers.
Does anyone have an email for the Costas Show? I would at least like to attempt to send the show a plead to get this on at some point before the other trials start.
I still don't think many people even know that the Freeh Report was done without talking to Sandusky, Spannier, Curley, Shultz, or even Joe.
Thanks for posting. One great man defending another great man.

I completely agree. Posnanski carried some weight with his peers so when he refused to regurgitate the main stream media's narrative it drew him some venom but also made folks like Costas do a double-take.
Agreed! I think most journalist still havent read book which may alter more opinions.
Getting Costas to be objective is a huge win... It's just too bad he was so slanted when the Freeh report came out... Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Costos say during the Olympics that Penn Stater's shouldn't be there participating because they have too much baggage?
This is the beginning of the turn-around...I believe. Hopefully we will see more of this type of objectivity and exposure of the truth when the January trials are underway.
My optimism leads me to believe that we will soon be turning the bend on this long road to restoration...
I'm pretty sure those trials will get delayed. Unless Curley/Schultz have a trial for the first two counts, and then another one for the final six?
I haven't heard of a delay...has anyone else? Part of me would really like to get these trials behind us ...especially if the outcome is that charges are dropped. Thoughts?
