So, so true.
Does Wisky even want Chryst back? He didn't do such a great job at Pitt in a terrible conference.
Hesel, time to change the avatar.
Ya true. Forgot I even had one haha.
Interesting. I am imagine right about the time he is fired from Arkansas, Ferentz will leave Iowa. He is grabbing the cash now with a safe landing back at his alma mater at the appropriate time.
Crazy. Just crazy. Didn't picture Bielema as an SEC type of guy at all.
In other news...
WIth the Wisconsin head coaching job now open, a potential Chryst-to-Wisconsin move has me on edge. And rightfully so after what Pitts program has been through.

I had the same response. Now my keyboard is covered in appletini.
This is a completely different situation IMO. The problem with Beckman was they were on/around campus practically stalking our current players. There is no harm is contacting an unsigned recruit when he just lost his intended coaching staff. If he isn't interested, leave him alone.
Sweet mother of God that was funny....
Funny because it's true.
I'd be curious to know if Arkansas reached out to OB
BacardiBuckeye: "But in all honesty I like Penn State, I want to see Penn State do good that's why I check this board everyday." 4/2/14
I'd be surprised if they didn't.
Arkansas AD: Hey, Coach O'Brien how would you like to come coach in the greatest football conference...the SEC?
Bill O'Brien: F*** off.
I hope you are the one in red in your pic! If not, you should edit that to like Jack and coke or well anything but an appletini.
Yet there's been an AWFUL lot of criticism of Urban Meyer here for exactly that... just sayin'.
Because he lies and creates "dreams" to brainwash them, and targets kids committed to stable programs. I think it is fair to gauge the interest of recruits whose intended coaching staff just left, as long as you listen if they say no.
You want a real laugh, check out this comment posted to the article linked above:
"Is Wisconsin a better job? Besides Chryst’s obvious ties to the school, I’m wondering if Wisconsin is a better job? Both provide the ability to win a national title and are in winnable conferences. Both provide the same number of players now and historically, to the NFL, while Pitt has more elite players in its’ history. Pitt has an advantage in that we have won multiple national titles while Wisconsin never has, and even though the most recent title was long ago, I still think Pitt has some cache because of it." by jrandallc1 on Dec 4, 2012 5:05 PM EST reply
Yeah, they are completely comparable. Wiscy's 6 conference championships in one of the top three conferences in the country, multiple Rose Bowl appearances, and frequent top 25 seasons are JUST like Pitt's um... well, their ummm... little help here... "Both provide the ability to win a national title?????"
Bob L will be on the phone with Pitt recruits convincing them to stay put.
One of the greatest modern-day battles in all of the world is the battle between Pitt and Rutgers fans for most delusional.
Sad but 100% true. I bet he's scouring the Pitt board for "all is well" lines, however far-fetched they may be, that he can use on the recruits.
lol they are dreaming if Pitt can win the MNC
Also, these kids nowadays barely know anything about Pitts claimed NCs that happened all before 1940, except 1.
"Whoever’s trying to kill me isn’t getting the job done. But one day, I’m going to punch that f___r in the face."
OMFG ROFLMFAO omg omg omg....
In all seriousness, that is a dangerous condition and that guy needs to see a doctor right away.

Delusional! They have one national title. It's a complete joke they go around claiming 6 or 8 or whatever they say. It's sad that pitt fans actually believe it. It's sad and funny at the same time. pitt is a third rate program at best.
