Just saw Josh Moyer post a few comments and pictures. Seeing Fitz in shorts and a tshirt is awesome. A few years ago while I was at Mount Union we had a S&C coach by the name of Ross Watson who I believe now is at Nebraska. He came out in shorts and a tshirt for jump stretch. Reminds me of fitz. Great 2 see 90 guys. Hearing adam pushing weights with the rest of the TEs is great strides after his surgery.
@meyer 4 prez I'm glad Bill K and Alex G keeps it real with us, instead of getting our hopes up.
When Fitz gets blood work, there's a metric for antifreeze.
AAWWWWW YEAH! WINTER WORKOUTS!
I remember last year being just blown away by what was going on. It was shocking the energy change that was brought in.
Fitz is an angry fire hydrant!
Some good stuff from reporters in attendance:
Some PSU weight room observations: these guys look a lot bigger -- WR Allen Robinson, DB Adrian Amos, TE Matt Lehman, Zach Zwinak.
According to the charts on the wall Alex Kenney runs a team high 4.43, 40. Amos runs a 4.12 shuttle. Mike Hull can bench 405.
PIC: New OT Garry Gilliam working out. (Now weighs 297 pounds)... http://t.co/Mtu9Eo7f

Gilliam looks great!
That's a pretty buff 297. Could see another 20 easily.
Agree.....looks to be a "slim" 297. Could end up being a monster at OT for us!
Exactly what I was thinking...
Uhn! Bring it on.

That 297 should easily go to 307 with him. That would be a great weight to start the season, as most players lose between 5-10 LBs during the season.
