That tweet is old. That was right after the sanctions. If people are reporting that he is staying then he simply made up his mind in the 2 days since I assume.
Also. People keep asking on Willis in this thread. I said this in various threads and maybe even this one....He just had a baby, literally on the day the sanctions were announced. He has far more important things on his mind and really doesn't even have the time to look into a transfer. He is fully entrenched as a starter and I would assume his gf is from PA. Therefore, the child would be staying in PA. This is pure speculation but common sense tells me he is staying. He was highly vocal at L4L. He's very into PSU. HIGHLY DOUBT he transfers.
