Saw on twitter that Chris Brown of smartfootball.com (good site) was talking with guys from The Solid Verbal about various college football topics. One of those topics was McGloin and Bill O'Brien. The whole podcast is 1 hour. The McGloin stuff is around 2/3 of the way through (don't know the exact minute, as they didn't display it online).
Here's the points from the podcast (not anything really new or eye-opening, but still interesting):
........
That's about it. Not word for word transcription, but got the gist of the points he talked about. Link is attached if you want to listen.

I'm impressed. Dead on. That guy clearly knows what he's talking about. As far as I know, he's not even a Penn State fan -- And I would think you would have to have been watching McGloing quite closely over the past several years to understand what he (this podcast guy) seems to understand.
Heck, even a lot of Penn State fans -- who you think know/understand McGloin -- were shocked by McGloin's improvement.

"No way! Why should I change? He's the one who sucks."
I live just outside of Baltimore, so I've seen him before. At least the spelling is different, but still bad luck. Good on the guy to stick with it, rather than going by "Gerald."
And I see we have Chris Brown posting here judging by that downvote. Feel free to downvote this too, you woman beater.
You find out life's this game of inches, so is football. Because in either game, life or football-the margin for error is so small. -Pacino
