Zach Bradshaw is a Spartan legacy who never got an offer from MSU. MSU will likely only have 15 in the 2013 class.

We know. It was a joke in reference to one of the Sparty writers I believe on Rivals who made it a point that MSU beat out PSU for Harris both on Twitter multiple times and in his article to the point of gloating about it...Meanwhile, he did not have a PSU offer and would not be getting one unless he proved he could take care of his academics.
