IMO 24-25... But people seem to think that it's less than that... With our senior class, and all the people leaving the program, I think it's more like 25... but I'll be interested to hear Sean's guesstimate.

With the commitment of Reeves, we have four spots remaining at this moment.
Of course, it is very possible that a couple more will open up as nature takes its course, and also conceivable that a couple of kids could be asked to grayshirt if necessary.

Also, it is not uncommon to give walk on players (from previous years) scholarships. Therefore it should not be assumed that all 20+ scholarships will go to players not yet with the team. I believe this class will be closer to 20 than 25.

Yea if they cut this class short bc joepa feels the need to cover mcgregor, Keiser, or any other scrub I will be quite perturbed. Hell I don't think mcgloin is even worth a scholarship

I assume Mauti could if he has a good year.

We thought Robinson would gray-shirt last year... from history, unless there is an injury, like Carson or the player is recruited with the possibility of a GS, like Norwood, a GS isnt gonna happen just to make room for an extra players... makes no sense to "rob Peter to pay Paul" with scholarships.

Is it true that PSU takes scholarships away from players who aren't performing? I can see it if they are either hurt and can't play anymore or don't have the grades. But I don't ever remember reading about a kid that just had his scholarship pulled, but perhaps I don't watch it that closely.
