It's surreal that these kids in high school are more mature than all the people that had a hand in this, that theyre considering waiting til all the information is made available to them before making a knee-jerk decision. I'm slowly coming back around on this team..

I have been pleased(and appreciative) with the straightforwardness, for the most part, of the young men so far.
Hope as many as possible stay on, and the usual disclaimer now, I understand if they would choose not to.

If AB stays, I stay. I have done a lot of soul searching today and typed up a PM to Pat to end my membership here, but something stopped me from sending it. I cant turn my back on these kids that have this much courage and loyalty.
...and if you're not down with that, then I got 2 words for ya.."suck it!!"

Me too. I have said I thought they would all be gone. The still might but it is obvious BOB has looked for strong character in these young men.

I want to hear these kid say this one or two weeks from now. When the emotion has worn off, they get to really have to think about their future and what they want and even possibly get influenced by outside opinion. Thats when I believe any of these kids are staying. Right now, it all sounds good, but things can change.

This guy kid is great. I have the same feeling though. I don't want people to put too much into this and then trash him if he decides to leave. It's too early to look into this stuff.

You're onto something. I cancelled all memberships today (BWI last week, actually) but if these kids stick, so will I.
Two most important things are that we don't lose many kids to transfer and we keep the core of this class together. This is clearly the hardest class for BOB to recruit, as they suffer the most from the sanctions.
All on Hack now. Kid is the franchise, and the single biggest piece to the puzzle. A great QB could change everything.

This kid is absolutely amazing. His parents should be commended for raising such a great individual. And this has nothing to do with football.

Oh yeah, wasn't he operated on by PSU doctors? What makes that legal? I know that seems like a really stupid question at this time, but I mean that purely out of curiosity. I'm shocked that's legal under NCAA rules. B'OB paid for it? I could understand the team doing it if he paid for it. How could B'OB have paid for it?

the way I see it, is essentially PSU needs 2 qbs minimum to get out of this in decent shape. My honest feeling is if Hack stays he can keep AB as well as DJ. Then its on BOB and company looking for the next franchise QB in the post-Hack era. Definitely feel like we would know about Hack by tomorrow

I meant more along the lines of they would only need one QB after hack graduates. either him or bench. so more along the lines of a 2015-16 kid

I doubt there is any problem as long as the Breneman's paid for it themselves, which I am sure is the case.
