Big ten conference

  • Are we really going to ignore the fact that the SEC teams sign 30 players a year? They play by different rules than everyone else, of course they will have better football teams. Top to bottom, the Big Ten is stronger than all of the other (non-SEC) conferences.

    The Big Ten has been badly hurt the past 15 years due to PSU declining with Joe's increasing age and Lloyd Carr's perennial underachievement which led to the RichRod disaster that Michigan is still 2-3 years away from fixing. These staffs are now gone and things are likely to improve (well, at least for the school without Ted Roof). Hopefully Nebraska steps it up as well, although after the Callahan disaster they'll be afraid to make any aggressive moves.

    Big ten sucks, has been that way for about a decade.. However, the big ten is probably the best conference when comparing all sports together..

    I'd actually like to see that comparison.
