We'll be ok.
We've got a bunch of guys still wrestling who can and will earn points for us. There's a good chance that we will be in first place by the time that the finals roll around. All three of our wrestlers should win titles. That means the best that Iowa could do would be three champs also so if we are ahead of them going into the finals, it's likely that we will remain ahead of them. So all that means is that somebody will have to knock off one of Minnesota's guys to lock it up for us.

Check that thought.
The logic is valid, but the timing is wrong.
The Big Ten tournament isn't run like the nationals where all the placement bouts are held before the finals. At the BTT, the third and fifth place bouts are run concurrently with the finals in each weight class. That means it's unlikely that we will be in first place before the finals take place. However, what is likely is that the scoring that we will get outside of the final matches will be enough that if all three finalists win titles, and they will be favored to do so, we should win.
We've got more wrestlers still alive than either Minn or Iowa, so the opportunity is there for us to earn more points. One correction from a previous post though. Iowa has six finalists not five.
Here's how things would play out if the favorites win every match tomorrow.
Iowa would win four matches and would have one champion.
Minnesota would win seven matches and would have two champions.
Penn State would win twelve matches and would have three champions. If things play out that way, we win.
