State College, PA - Trustees Approve Code of Conduct, Listen to Criticism

Penn State trustees Joel Myers and Anthony Lubrano wanted to make sure it was perfectly clear that the Board of Trustees' approving an official Code of Conduct for Athletics was not a vote of approval for the consent agreement Penn State President Rodney Erickson signed with the NCAA in July.

Say what you want about the board of trustees being terrible leaders throughout this whole thing, but going around and telling guidance counsellors not to send kids to PSU, as an alumni, is garbage. Doing that is basically saying everything great about Penn State is gone, which is the complete opposite of reality. That guy is a total scumbag

Look, I don't like Peetz at all, but she should be disappointed that a PSU alumni is going around to schools and trying to convince guidance councilors to tell kids not to go to PSU. That is a bitch move. That guy needs to be put in his place.

Totally agree. Hard to believe this guy is a real Penn Stater. Usually whenever you travel anywhere, if you have any type of Penn State attire or car decal you usually meet other PennStaters and form a bond or at least have a nice conversation. This happens even more after the events of the past year. I would recommend Penn State to anyone wishing to get a great education and a terrific college experience.
