Honestly, I was always one for staying in the B1G, but the OSU and ESPECIALLY the Nebraska gave have swayed me. Seeing how Nebraska was accepted immediately, while PSU was a bitch-fest from OSU and Michigan, and seeing that the stink still hasn't dissipated, has turned me. You can often play "what-ifs" with refereeing calls (what if PSU gets that holding when Braxton Miller scores? Maybe the momentum doesn't shift...) but with Nebraska, it was two clearly wrong calls that gave the Huskers a lead we couldn't come back from, when it should have been our lead. That TD went so far beyond plain ineptitude that I really do question if there's bias out there. Since Delaney (who 15 months ago, I praised as the best leader in college sports) has decided not to step in, it's clear that the bias has his blessing. Screw him and the B1G.

Why can't we just have good discussion without fighting? Everyone wants to bully, and call names, and belittle. I think we should shoot for peace, not war.

Compared to what we've seen coming from lots of other schools over the last year, the stuff he said is tame. In previous years, what he said wouldn't even move the needle around here.

We're a frustrated fanbase. I get that... But it seems like people are just looking for a reason to vent that at anyone who shows up at the doorstep these days. It's unnecessary, and it makes us (as a group) look like a bunch of crazed loonies. We can and should do better.

I think I can see why BotB ended up getting banned....talk about topics then end up defending yourself against retarded attacks.....at least on the Bucks board, the posters rally and call out the D**kheads on our own board...

I'll respectfully disagree... I think that would just cause a lot of cyclical inbred arguing of the same old things over and over around here. I enjoy talking/reading football discussion with knowledgeable people regardless of school affiliation. Outside viewpoints keep things interesting.

Looking at the quoted excerpts of the thread from his board, this seems like anger for the sake of being angry. It hardly seems worth getting pissed about it.

They aren't terrible this year....ya gotta give it to them, they easily could've just mailed it in, players could've left, but they didn't....they play as hard as anyone, they seem to have a good coach...let's face it, all that crap that JS did, these kids had nothing to do with it...it's a shame they have to pay the price for that monster...

There are a few really good posters over there that have good discussions on football...they don't pull the "conspiracy" stuff or the "let's go to ACC" etc....

Now, they did get screwed today, that was a touchdown against Nebraska....may or may not have won the game, but that was definitely a TD..

again, your point to go back to that board of filth and start a thread on the topic was what exactly - knowing the responses you would get from a bunch of derelicts? I'll wait for your response. Was it to mock the fan base? Sounds like it to me. A person who supposedly comes to this board from outside and from a fan base detested on this board like the numbnuts and tries to have some rational football discussion and then goes back to his board and start a post knowing the responses is nothing more than a troll. When you try to have a good discussion and your "board police" come out and spew stupid comments just to try to argue, yep, you bet, that's the guys that we talk about over there....you do the same thing here...i've seen plenty of threads about other teams fans....the difference is .......what exactly....

The thread I started spoke of a few of your less than desirable posters, and the jump to defend them speaks volumes of your true thinking as well...

Seriously, his thread was way more tame than any barometer thread that has ever been started here. I went and read the whole thing.

I'm not really sure where the anger is coming from here. People have said and done way worse than anything in Robo's thread and not received this level of disgust.

He stated plainly that he was only talking about "a select few" posters. He didn't try to paint the fanbase with the same broad brush, and he openly disagreed with other posters calling the team terrible. I'm seeing neither smoke nor fire here.

A tarring and feathering is clearly warranted here..
