just wikipedia the rules. Did it a couple years ago and you can pick up the sport pretty fast. I am no expert, but I now what is going on, anyway.

It's simple. Get more points then your opponent you win. Score points by getting control of your opponent. Different point values for different levels of control you creat over your opponent. Don't worry so much about the different values. Just cheer for control!!
