Shame all this crap happened on a thread where we were getting great inside info on a talented recruit with a great head on his shoulders.

Are you really that stupid? Why is paying kids prohibited? Because it gives a competitive advantage in recruiting, which can lead to a competitive advantage on the field. If a program allows kids to sell stuff and looks the other way, how is that any different than giving him money directly or paying him for a job he didn't do (like the kid from Oklahoma)?

Do people ever get banned? Because HuskerBuckeye is essentially a point scenario.

Many rules were broken by Ohio State so don't be ludicrous. It is hard to find bullsh*t when you are looking for horse sh*t: and actually wading through it too. Too bad many of your ex-buckeyes and families reported numerous violations but were never questioned or went silent once approached.
As far as cars the ohio DMV just audited the paperwork and everything was filed correctly. Who knows where the money came from to buy those cars. It is not typical to loan cars for weeks.

So if Sandusky were to be found not guilty than nothing ever happened, no one at PSU is that naive.

I had a buddy who played for him at BG and he liked him. All coaches are going to put a positive spin on things for recruits. Anybody who tells me that PSU would take OBrien over Meyer is lying.
