Even though Notre Dame was involved in one of the marquee games this past weekend, Anzalone decided to take a trip down south to visit UF in order to go to the LSU game at the Swamp. Oh, and essentially every single current UF commit was there in attendance.

This kid's recruitment is unreal.

I'm not surprised that UM would stay in touch..I'm sure most coaches stay in touch with recruits that had them in their final 5...I think UM is putting the full court press on the LB out of Texas, Mike Mitchell...Kid looks really good and if 40 times are accurate, a pretty rare combo of size and speed...It's "supposedly" down to Oklahoma and tOSU on him.

A little surprised by this considering his butt buddy Heuerman is (as far as I know) solid to Notre Dame. I guess having family down there and also having the opportunity to play offense is what will ultimately sell him to the UF football program.
