Anyone else watching the Fiesta Bowl?

Stanford plays football the way Penn State wants to play with "lesser" athletes and yet is more effective against superior competition. Luck is good (great actually) but their running game is far superior to ours and they have more playmakers on defense than we do. I'd be pretty happy with Shaw.

He is 8 for 8 in the 4th quarter, and perfect on all the TD drives. Dude is a machine and it has been fun to watch him play the position tonight.

Is it Shaw or the well stocked team Harbaugh left him? I don't know but the next two years will tell how good of a coach he may be.

Win or lose...I'm glad this game definitively squashed the ridiculous "OSU deserved a NC shot" notion. They've been utterly dominated and are fortunate to have even made it into OT. The B-12 sucks too. SEC >>> everyone by a wide margin.

Even without the benefit of hindsight, it was ridiculously stupid to just stop playing offense and settling for a FG. Luck was on fire and the defense was getting shredded. At the rate they were going, Stanford would've scored a TD 2 plays later and sealed the game.
Awful decision and I feel terrible for the Stanford players who played their tails off all night.

Amen. This is not Belichick taking the ball out of brady's hands to give it to vinatieri here. If you have arguably the best player in college football, why on Earth would you take it out of his hands and give it to a freshman - TWICE!?!? Awful.

I don't think people give Stanford's offense enough credit, they've got multiple players who will play on Sundays in the future. Luck being th obvious one, with Fleener being one of the best balanced TE prospects in the country, and their RB showing patience, vision, and power while running the ball tonight.
There is also a WR on the team, I think Whalen or Owusu, who I supposed to be a late round pick this year. The OL was also effective, although I don't know what that means in the PAC 12.
OSU would've gotten creamed by LSU, but I like Gundy.
Fun game to watch. Shaw lost Stanford this game.
