This whole situation is becoming very clear to me, and incidents like Frazier's are the reason. The BOT has been under attack now for the better part of a year and their response continues to point in one direction. It's obvious they are either hiding something or know they made some serious mistakes. Their responses are filled with emotion and defensive undertones. To me its pretty simple at this point....if they actually believed in their actions and acted in a genuine fashion with our University's well being in mind I believe we would hear a much more compassionate and honest response.

Kinda horrified that a BOT lead of a major public university has that kind of disrespect for one of the most basic rights the constitution protects. His ridiculous attack on due process spike should be firable.

Reminder: Today's BOT meeting begins at 1:30. Anybody know if it is being streamed from anywhere?

They're stalling

Kenny just apologized. Talking about Freh Report now.

"whether or not people agree with the report, the report was completed using all available public information"
