  • I know it's in the other thread, but I figured I'd start a new one to congratulate all involved in THON and thank all those who donated to make a difference.

  • There's nothing that makes me prouder to be a Penn Stater on an annual basis than the past weekend and the "reveal" on Sunday night of Thon.

    FTK!!!!!!!!

Thanks to all that have donated or contributed in any way, and God bless this year's dancers for their hard work and dedication.

As an aside as a former co-chair of the group, most major cities have a DMAIG 'chapter' (Dance Marathon Alumni Interest Group) that is most likely associated with the PSAA in some way. If you have any interest, reach out to these groups to help or just attend their events.

The Pittsburgh group (www.pittsburghdmaig.com) had their Blue White Ball in late January and I know that Philly, NYC, and DC have similar events. Even Atlanta has a chapter.

Sorry for the rant, just trying to get the message out!

IMO no sorry is every needed for getting messages like this out. You can never inform enough people about ways to get involved in such great causes. clap for spreading the good word. :-)

  • This years total is just a staggering number. We completely jumped over the $8 million mark all together and went straight to $9 million. clap This is just awesome! I'm always a proud alum but for some reason on THON weekend, I'm a little bit more proud than usual.
