I just mailed Fitz my lunch money

We're always incredibly well conditioned. That was never an issue. I wish people would quit attacking our prior regime to make our new one good. One can praise the current staff and program without attacking the past.

Its humiliating for the average man when they get involved in these IM games. Marlon Forbes did some sort of 'kiss the rim' Jordan-inspired dunk and I was backed down -- onto the floor -- and dunked upon by Kyle Brady. Scars. Memories. Now I'm sitting in my office with a heating pad on my back. I'm feeling old school.

In respect to Fitz2, its a new charge. New energy. I'd imagine the team is excited and a bit off balance. That'll turn into more excitement when they learn the changes. Getting the larger staff on board will accelerate the learning curve with his new processes. Two thumbs up.
