Gerald Owens, the big athlete from NJ who visited our spring game is #37 overall with a grade of 97. Several other names should stand out to people as ones we've heard already, especially some of the QB's.

If you check the Blue Board link (second one), I asked about PA prospects emerging and JC kindly named a few that they like.
VA is definitely loaded. There will certainly be enough good prospects in PA and other local states to get a good/great class. Not to mention the staff is obviously trying to go national with their efforts. I believe there was a tweet about an OL in Arizona that PSU had taken a look at.

I will be interested to see how Anthony Davis from Gateway does in coverage in camps... He can hit according to his film, but there is very little in him actually in coverage for a CB...

PA is not a power state, don't think anyone's going to argue that. It does have talent, though. Besides, it's still really early. Look at 2013 and how fast Anzalone and Dorian Johnson's kick step flew up the rankings.

I see what you did there, and I like it!
That said, PA isn't the top tier any more. No one can argue that. That said, next year really is a down year for the state. PSU has to become a regional power, rather than drawing its base from PA every year. Couple that with dabbling nationally and its all good.
